UNTILS ("we", "us", "our") is a website where you can play free browser games. This policy explains what information we and our partners collect when you use untils.pages.dev (the "site"), how it is used, and what choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Information you give us. If you contact us, we receive what you send, such as your name, email address and message.
• Player accounts. If you sign in as a player (with Google or with an email code), we store your email address, your name if Google provides it, and your sign-in session. Sign-in is handled by our login provider, Supabase.
• Developer accounts. If you create a developer account, we store your email address, studio name, and any "about" and address details you choose to add. We also store the games, images and videos you upload.
• Information stored on your device. We use your browser's local storage and session storage to keep you signed in, remember your game likes, keep your game progress, and hold a random visitor ID. The visitor ID is not linked to your name or email. It lets us count plays and likes once per visitor. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our servers receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to run the site, keep it secure, prevent abuse and understand which games are popular.
• Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers to fetch them.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data saved on your device. We use them to keep you signed in, remember your choices, save game progress, and protect the site. Our advertising partners, including Google, also use cookies and similar technologies to show and measure ads (see Advertising below). You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as sign-in and saved progress, may not work without them.

ADVERTISING

UNTILS shows ads provided by third parties, including Google AdSense. Ads help us keep the games free.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our site or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. To learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps and Google's advertising technologies.
• Other third-party vendors and ad networks may also place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons, to serve ads on our site. You can opt out of many of them at aboutads.info, optout.networkadvertising.org, or on the vendor's own website. The ad vendors we use are listed here: Google AdSense (google.com).
• On mobile devices you can also limit ad tracking in your device's advertising settings.
• If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before ads are personalised or non-essential cookies are used. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. If you do not consent, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalised.
• We do not control cookies set by advertisers and ad networks. Please read their own privacy policies.

We never give advertisers your name, email address or other details that directly identify you.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• To run the site, show games, and keep your account and saved progress working.
• To answer your messages and review games that developers submit.
• To count plays and likes, understand what is popular, and improve UNTILS.
• To keep the site safe, prevent fraud, invalid ad clicks and abuse, and follow the law.
• To show ads that help pay for the site.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

SHARING

We share information only with:

• service providers that help us run UNTILS: Supabase (login, database and file storage), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and Google (fonts and ads);
• advertising partners as described above;
• other people, when the law, a court or a government authority requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and security of UNTILS and our users.

Under some laws, such as California's, advertising cookies can count as "sharing" or "selling" data for advertising. You can opt out using the links in the Advertising section.

GAMES FROM OTHER DEVELOPERS

Many games on UNTILS are made by independent developers and run inside a frame on our pages. Games are reviewed before they go live, but each developer is responsible for their own game. Our rules require developers to respect your privacy. If you see a game that asks for information it should not, please tell us.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Our site links to other websites, such as YouTube, Instagram and X. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We keep account information while your account is active. Messages sent to us are kept for as long as needed to answer them. Server logs are kept for a short time for security. You can ask us to delete your account and the data linked to it at any time.

SECURITY AND TRANSFERS

We use reasonable technical measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect information. No method is perfectly secure. Our service providers may process data in countries outside your own, including outside India.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or limit how it is used, to withdraw consent, and to make a complaint to your data protection authority. To use any of these rights, write to untilsofficial07@gmail.com. We will reply within a reasonable time, and within the time the law requires.

You can also clear your browser storage to remove saved likes, progress and your visitor ID, and manage ad personalisation as described above.

CHILDREN

UNTILS is a general audience site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has given us personal information, email untilsofficial07@gmail.com and we will delete it.

CHANGES

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make an important change, we will say so on this page.
